Course Introduction
A-Level (General Certificate of Education Advanced Level) is the gold standard in the UK national curriculum system and is widely recognized by top universities in more than 160 countries and regions around the world. The A-Level courses offered at our school are strictly designed according to the syllabuses of Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and Pearson Edexcel, covering core subjects such as Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Accounting, and Computer Science, providing students with a choice of more than 20 elective subjects.
Course Features
- Academic Leadership System: The course is academically directed by leaders in the field of physics with backgrounds from Tsinghua University at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. They have formed a teaching team composed of returned overseas graduates with master’s and doctoral degrees, international curriculum examiners, and bilingual teaching experts, maintaining a student-to-teacher ratio of no more than 6:1.
- Tiered Teaching Model: A dual-stage curriculum system is implemented, featuring general education at the AS stage and specialized deepening at the A2 stage. Courses are offered at three levels—Foundation, Core, and Honors—to cater to students with different academic foundations.

As the Overseas Teaching Centre (OTC) authorized by the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) in Guangzhou, our school offers the Singapore High School to Bachelor's and Master's Direct Pathway program, which is a highly integrated and well-supported international education pathway.
The curriculum aligns with Singapore's leading pre-university education system. After completing high-quality international high school education in China, students can progress directly to the Singapore Institute of Management and seamlessly connect to its undergraduate and master's programs in collaboration with world top 100 universities, such as University College London (UCL) and the University of Birmingham.
The entire program is monitored by SIM to ensure that teaching standards are consistent with international benchmarks. We promise that all students who successfully complete the program and meet the requirements will be 100% admitted to universities ranked in the top 100 worldwide, and their degrees will be officially recognized by the China Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), giving students true peace of mind with guaranteed progression and certified qualifications.
SIM-OTC Pathway Program
Course Introduction
This course is a '3-1-1' continuous training program in close collaboration with the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM):
- Phase One (2 years in China): Complete the SIM International Foundation Diploma program while simultaneously obtaining the Singapore O-Level (high school year 2) certification.
- Phase Two (1.5 years in Singapore): Pursue a diploma program at SIM in collaboration with either the University of London (UOL) or RMIT University.
- Phase Three (1.5-2 years): Direct progression to the final stage of the partner university’s undergraduate program, with an optional pathway to a pre-master’s program.
Core Competence
- Official Authorization Guarantee: As the only overseas teaching center (OTC) of SIM in Guangzhou, all teaching activities are subject to dual quality monitoring by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) and the SIM Academic Committee.
- Pathway to Top 100 Universities: Direct access to 8 world top 100 universities partnered with SIM, including University College London (UCL), University of Birmingham, University of Warwick, University of Melbourne, etc.
- Dual Certification System: Graduates receive both:
- A full-time bachelor's degree certificate issued by the partner university

This course is a highly efficient preparation program tailored for students aspiring to gain admission to top mainland Chinese universities through the 'Joint Entrance Examination for Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Students in Regular Higher Education Institutions of the People's Republic of China' (referred to as the 'National Joint Exam' or HKMT).
The course provides an in-depth analysis of the exam syllabus and question patterns, covering all subjects including Chinese, Mathematics, English, History, Geography, and Physics/Chemistry. We have assembled a research and teaching team of experienced educators familiar with the HKMT policies, implementing refined hierarchical teaching and intensive targeted training, complemented by full-length mock exams and personalized focus on weak areas.
The course not only strengthens exam-taking skills but also emphasizes the cultivation of students' overall competencies to meet the increasingly rigorous selection criteria of prestigious universities. Course Structure
This course is designed as a five-year continuous program for the 'Joint Entrance Examination for Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Students in General Higher Education Institutions of the People's Republic of China':
- Junior Foundation Stage (Grades 7-9): Strengthen the fundamentals in Chinese, Mathematics, and English, and offer specialized courses such as 'General Knowledge of Chinese Culture' and 'Logical Thinking Training'.
- High School Intensive Stage (Grades 10-11): Fully cover the five subjects of the joint exam (Arts: Chinese, Mathematics, English, History, Geography; Science: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry).
- Exam Preparation Stage (Grade 12): Adopt a three-round review method (systematic review - focused topic breakthroughs - mock exam sprint), with weekly full-length mock exams.
